Pageant Purpose
The Certamen Reina MP Latino Fest is a fundraising pageant. The funds raised by each participant will directly support the Manassas Park Latino Festival, helping us provide live music, cultural showcases, youth entertainment, scholarships, and more.
Through this pageant, we highlight the strength, beauty, and voice of Latina women in our city. You are not only representing yourself—you are becoming a community ambassador.
To win the crown, contestants must:
- Commit to fundraising for the Latino Festival
- Dedicate time to rehearsals and preparation
- Represent their culture and platform with pride
- Show leadership, confidence, and grace on stage
As a participant in the Reina MP Latino Fest Fundraising Pageant, you are committing to represent yourself, the pageant, and the Manassas Park Latino Fest Committee with professionalism and pride. By joining, you agree to the following expectations:
Professional Conduct
- Always conduct yourself respectfully and professionally, including during rehearsals, interviews, practices, public appearances, and the final event.
- Show respect for judges, committee members, sponsors, fellow participants, and the community.
- Refrain from any behavior that may harm the reputation of the pageant or its sponsors.
Commitment to Events
- Be available for most activities organized by the Manassas Park Latino Fest Committee, which may include:
- Rehearsals
- Photoshoots
- Press conferences
- Charity events
- Sponsorship appearances
- Interviews
- Promotional activities
- Prioritize participation in these scheduled dates:
- June 21 (Queen MP Latino Fest contestants’ presentation and Crowning of the King MP Latino Fest 2026) – 4 PM – 9 PM, Social Soiree 8270 Shoppers Sq, Manassas
- July 12 (Practice) – 2 PM to 4 PM, Social Soiree 8270 Shoppers Sq, Manassas
- July 19 (Practice) – 2 PM to 4 PM, Social Soiree 8270 Shoppers Sq, Manassas
- August 2 (Practice) – 2 PM to 4 PM, Social Soiree 8270 Shoppers Sq, Manassas
- August 9 (Practice) – 2 PM to 4 PM Social Soiree 8270 Shoppers Sq, Manassas
- August 16 (Crowning) – 4 pm to 9 pm, Social Soiree 8270 Shoppers Sq, Manassas
Attendance Requirements
- Attend and actively participate in all scheduled practices and events.
- If unable to attend due to illness or emergencies, notify the organizing committee immediately.
- Understand that repeated absences without valid reasons may result in penalties or disqualification.
Media & Image
- Grant the Manassas Park Latino Fest Committee permission to use your name, photos, and likeness for promotional purposes, including marketing, advertising, and publicity.
Liability & Confidentiality
- Release the pageant organizers, volunteers, and staff from any liability connected to your participation.
- Keep confidential any private or sensitive information shared by the committee during your involvement.
